Sunday Dry-Land

We haven't been able to do as much dry-land as we should lately. If you can, please go through a dry-land routine today. You can do most of our exercises on your own.
We'll do our team dry-land work Wednesday and Friday. If you can, get in another workout a week from today. That would get us back on track.

We're going to start adding planks to our routine this week. You can get a head start by watching these videos:
