Another Reminder

From Timberview Swimming: The Basics

Make technique a practice priority (Tuesday relay starts, 1 up/1 down breathing on fly, breathe every 3 on free, minimize resistance, maximize streamline speed/distance, improve distance per stroke, attack first and last 5 yards, emphasize kicking and breath control, etc.).

Should I have to remind y'all to touch the wall with two hands at the same time on fly/breast turns/finishes? Shouldn't that be automatic?

Let's think about technique in everything we do. Sloppy turns and finishes can quickly undo even the greatest swimming.

These days, everyone seems to want quick (and easy) fixes to all their problems. There aren't many quick fixes in our sport, but I do know of at least one.

Tighter streamlines and better kicking off walls is the easiest way to drop time TODAY!!!
