Our Friday morning group will train with Summit HS. There will not be a Friday afternoon dry-land session.
Entries for the MISD Invite are due Friday. If you have qualified for an individual event and haven't let me know what you'd like to swim, let me know ASAP.

yes, j.v. will have normal practice friday afternoon.

When will you know who is swimming the relays? Who all will be competing next weekend in individuals?
individuals with qualifying times are already entered. we're allowed two relays per event and i'll let everyone that's on a relay know by tuesday.
